Computer setup & business IT support

Practical computer and IT help for small offices, hotel owners and rental businesses. Start with the problem, then agree the work.

Set up computers for everyday work

We help plan and set up computers, user accounts and the software your business needs. That can include operating-system and application updates, basic account organization and a documented handover.

Software licences, device compatibility and any required subscriptions are reviewed before installation. Tell us what you already own and what each device needs to do.

Resolve the everyday obstacles

We can assess printer problems, basic network connectivity and software issues affecting your office or property. Describe the symptoms, affected devices and when the problem began so we can decide whether remote help or an on-site visit makes sense.

Hardware faults, provider issues and unsupported equipment may need a specialist or replacement. We explain findings and discuss the next step rather than promise a fix before inspection.

Remote help, with your consent

Remote support is arranged with your permission for an agreed task. We explain the access needed, use an agreed tool and keep you informed while working. You control approval for device access and any changes outside the agreed scope.

Do not put passwords, recovery codes or sensitive guest information in a project brief. Account sign-ins and sensitive authorization steps remain with you.

On-site support by appointment

Our local service area is Badiangan, Iloilo. We arrange visits by appointment and can follow up remotely where useful. Travel outside Badiangan is discussed in advance based on location, availability and travel costs.

We agree timing and scope for each task. This is appointment-based support, not a promise of continuous monitoring or round-the-clock availability.

Tell us what needs to work better

Include your location, device types, current software, the problem and its effect on your business. We discuss access, scope, scheduling and a quote before work is agreed.
